We travel together and are able to ensure your pets receive the utmost care every step of the way. While Jackie focuses on driving, Lali provides hands-on attention to your pets’ needs, offering companionship, comfort, and even a soothing lullaby when needed (yes, it works wonders on nervous pups!).

Consistent Communication and Daily Video Updates

We understand how nerve-racking it can be to trust someone else with your beloved pet, especially for the first time. That’s why clear and consistent communication is a top priority for us from start to finish. From the moment you reach out to inquire about our service until your pet is safely delivered, we’re here to keep you informed and reassured. While your pet is in transit, we provide daily video updates so you can see how they’re doing. We’re also just a text or phone call away if you ever want to check in.

Custom Built Care-a-Van to Maximize your Pets’ Comfort

Our custom-converted Care-a-Van was designed with your pet's comfort and safety in mind! The cargo area is spray foam insulated and equipped with a mini-split AC/Heat unit powered by an independent battery system, ensuring it's always climate-controlled—even when the engine isn’t running. Each furry traveler enjoys their own cozy crate, which we can provide if needed. Plus, there’s a comfy bed in the back, so we can sleep in the back with the pets throughout the journey, ensuring that they’re never left alone.

Collaborate with Owner to Develop a Customized Care Plan for Each Pet

We know that every pet is unique, which is why we take the time to understand their individual needs before pick-up. By working closely with you, we create a customized care plan tailored to your pet’s preferences and comfort. Whether it’s bringing along their favorite toy, providing calming treats, or including a bed or blanket that smells like home, we ensure every detail is considered.

Minimum of Four Daily Walks

These walks are more than just bathroom breaks—they’re a chance for us to bond with your dog, showing them they’re cared for and never neglected. Dogs absolutely love their walks, and it’s easy to see their excitement as they stretch their legs and explore new surroundings. These outings make them feel like they’re on their own cross-country adventure! Walking also helps relieve stress by engaging their natural migration instincts, ensuring they stay calm and content throughout the trip. If a dog seems particularly stressed, we’re always happy to provide extra walks to give them the care and attention they need.

Honestly 5 stars aren’t enough appreciation for Jackie B, I mean where do I even begin. From the moment I first messaged them to the drop off has been absolutely incredible. They are the most pet friendly individuals I’ve ever met. They made the entire process simple and stress free and when they say you will get on time updates about your furry friend they meant that no matter what time day or night they would answer and put you at ease which made me sleep easier at night. But the most fantastic moment was when I got a call from my mother crying saying how wonderful and amazing her gift was when she received him. Jackie B made that moment happen and I will forever be grateful to them. They get infinite stars for their amazing service.

As lifelong animal lovers and world travelers, we feel incredibly blessed to weave our love for animals and adventure into this wonderful business. We’re proud to say that over the past six years, we’ve safely delivered more than 500 pets, always prioritizing their comfort and well-being.

Caring for your pets during their journey isn’t just our what we do—it’s a heartfelt mission and a service we are truly honored to provide. We travel together and are able to ensure your pets receive the utmost care every step of the way. And when we’re not on the road, we’re off chasing our own adventures—skiing in the mountains of Utah, surfing the waves of sunny Southern California, or trail running through breathtaking national parks.
